It's a Boy! -- 9:02 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

I don't know if it has something to do with working on this site, but the three main contributors to The Haus--J.t.Qbe, The Master, and yours truly--and our respective wives have all boys. I have three, J.t. has two, and as of today, The Master has a second as well. Momma Eeyore and son are reportedly doing just fine. I'm sure she made some comment to the effect of "It's about time!"

J.t.Qbe comments: Congratulations, The Master! Remember, volunteering to hold the baby during those late nights means more game time at the computer! Hmmm, it IS interesting that we all have only boys. Must be a reflection on our manliness. It takes a REAL man to keep up this great site! Or something.

The Master comments: Thank you! We're all quite happy about our new bundle of joy; so far he has a much sunnier disposition than his big brother did at birth :-) However, I don't know about all this "real man" stuff -- I didn't have to push!

NFL Week #13 Final -- 3:37 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

In what was no doubt a stunning display of something or the other, I finished this week at 9-7 whilst Eeyore bested me by one at 10-6. Year-to-date that makes me 120-71-1 (.625) while Eeyore is 109-82-1 (.568). The good news is that my fantasy team, the Fightin' Wombats, won its last regular season game on the strength of Drew Bledsoe's arm and the Eagles' defense. The playoffs start next weekend!

Mozilla 1.2.1 Released -- 3:23 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

The Mozilla team has released version 1.2.1 of their web browsing suite. This version fixes a DHTML bug in the 1.2 release that caused it to be pulled. You can download it here and check out the release notes here. Linux users, remember to download the latest Flash 6 beta plugin. That fixes some problems with Flash in Mozilla. Oh yes, there's a new version of the Pinball skin available for 1.2.1 too.

JKII ProMod 3.0 Released -- 7:00 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

Version 3.0 of the ProMod for Jedi Knight II: Jedi Outcast has been released. You can download it from JediKnightII.Net. The mod has gone from modifying the saber combat of the game to a full-blown class-based mod. You can be a Jedi, Gunner, or a Hybrid of both. Thanks Blue's News.

NWN 1.27 Patch Released -- 6:57 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

Bioware has released the 1.27 patch for Neverwinter Nights. The best way to upgrade is through the "Update" button in the game's launcher. For all the gory details on what has changed with this patch check out this page.
