Pondering the Imponderable

I'm back and I'm tired. Oh, and I've got another conference these next two days. Rah. I may have to add "nappy time" to the agenda. I did discover that it is very nice travelling with a PDA for taking meeting notes, keeping on schedule, playing games/MP3s, reading material, etc. My only gripe was the ear bud headphones I got. Utterly worthless. I bought some bigger and much bulkier Koss headphones. They are harder to bring along (although they do fold up, to an extent), but the sound quality is infinitely better.

And, for those of you keeping score at home, I just got done compiling Mozilla 1.6. I'll play with it in the morning.

Atari Closes Legend

Legend's Glen Dahlgren made a post on Shacknews, verifying the news that Atari is closing Legend down. They are best known as the makers of Wheel of Time and Unreal II. Ashes to ashes, I suppose.

Mozilla 1.6 Released

Mozilla has released version 1.6 of the Mozilla browser (release notes). There's a pile of improvements in there, so if you use Mozilla, this looks like a good upgrade.
