SCO Takes a Hit

Early this morning Groklaw reported that SCO denied Motion for Protective Order -- indicating that one of the judges in this case doesn't want any more delays in moving this case forward. Glory be.

Update 6/10/04: Looks like the stock is taking a hit from today's announcement of poor second-quarter results. CNN Money is showing an 8% dive today. Good for 'em, I say :-)

A.T. Hun comments: It also has something to do with the fact that they announced their second quarter results today. The Motley Fool offers some interesting commentary on that. Thankfully, I believe that death throes have begun. Now hopefully IBM will see this through and crush them entirely.
