Return to Wolfie Sequel?

id CEO Todd Hollenshead let it slip that there's a sequel to Return to Castle Wolfenstein in the works. Presumably, it will use the DOOM3 engine. That could potentially be cool. Maybe this time we could fight Mecha-Hitler or something :)

Doing the Unthinkable

Well, I did the unthinkable the other day: I installed IE6 on my Linux box via Crossover Office. Why would I ever do such a thing? Only because some other software I wanted to try with Crossover required it for some Satanic reason. Thankfully, the software I want to run works fine and I can try to pretend that IE6 isn't there.

G4 DOOM3 Movie

G4/TechTV has a little movie containing new footage and words with the folks at id Software about DOOM3. It's a Windows Media 9 AVI, mirrored at 3D Gamers. Pretty cool stuff. They even give you a sneak-peek at what I believe is the new BFG. The sad thing is that I haven't seen any screaming deals for the game yet online. I'd preorder, but what's the point in paying full price? Thanks Blue's News.
