DOOM3 Expansion Q1 2005? -- 11:13 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun
HomeLAN Fed noticed in an Activision conference call that they expect the recently-announced expansion for DOOM3 to be released toward the end of the first quarter of 2005. Of course, id's mantra is always "When It's Done." Thanks Blue's News.
NFL Week #7 Final -- 9:14 am CST, Update by A.T. Hun
Well, Old Man Lady Luck caught up with us in a weekend filled with upsets. I ended up 8-6 while Eeyore was 7-7. Year-to-date that makes me 65-37 (.637) while she is 57-45 (.559). The good news is that my beloved Lions were one of the teams pulling off an upset. After suffering through last weekend's debacle, it was great to see them bounce back and get a glimpse of what the future might hold. My fantasy team played very well, but unfortunately the team I played was even better. Oh well.
Bleh: Rebuild -- 12:19 am CST, Update by The Master
Just finished phase "hey it works" of rebuilding my PC. Got a new 120gb WD drive, and started the massive reinstall. Everything works so far, but man is there a lot of *stuff* to reinstall on a PC used for Win32 and web development.
