DOOM3: RoE Preview -- 12:32 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

Telefragged (amongst many others) has posted a preview of Resurrection of Evil, the upcoming DOOM3 expansion from id and Nerve. I'm really looking forward to using the grabber. It seems to have the possibility of being even better than the gravity gun in Half-Life 2. I'm also hoping that the multiplayer enhancements make it more of a feature than an afterthought. At the bottom of that article there are links to either a small or huge trailer in QuickTime format. Yep, this one's on my list!

Firefox 1.0.1 Released -- 10:47 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

The Mozilla team has released Firefox 1.0.1 which contains some security updates. The limited release notes are available for your perusal. If you are using Firefox to browse the web, you should grab this one. If you aren't using Firefox, well, what's wrong with you? By the by, why not be nice to Mozilla's servers? Try getting Firefox 1.0.1 via BitTorrent.
