Pondering the Imponderable

Since I know that you are all just dying to know how I'm doing in my NCAA tournament pool, after round one I am 25-7. Tonight was a killer, though. Kansas lost, so with it I lost my first elite eight team. Right now I'm tied for third in my pool. I suppose I should just be thankful that I've made it this far relatively unscathed.

I did some system updates today courtesy of, and this stuff works a treat. Absolutely flawless install, and yum works SO much better than up2date ever did. Wonderful work, I highly recommend them.

Let the Madness Begin!

And no, I'm not talking about St. Patrick's Day although that does remind me that my house is completely devoid of Guinness. Nor am I talking about the almost foot of snow we could get tomorrow (God must've saved up all the snow we didn't get in December for March). I'm talking about March Madness, the NCAA men's basketball tournament aka the only time I care about men's college hoops. I entered an online pool this year. The Hun's pick to win it all? The Fightin' Illini.
