Downtime -- 5:48 pm CST, Update by The Master

Please excuse the downtime -- EZ-Net got blasted off the internet by one of the most vicious thunderstorm complexes I've seen in Wisconsin in my life. I've heard reports of tennis-ball sized hail. I'm amazed they're still able to put anything online.

Thanks go out to Crawl as well--he got us back online amongst what has to be total chaos on a vacation weekend. Having been there and done that, thank you much :-)

SCOX Gets Thwacked -- 9:17 pm CST, Update by The Master

This is a few days old, but Wells Grants in Part IBM's Motion to Limit SCO's Claims! In *Large* Part. Great news for those of us watching the SCO v. IBM case. Bascially, SCO had 98% or so of their case thrown out due to willful disobedience of orders from the court. It's about time SCO got what they were asking for.

A.T. Hun comments: Thank heavens. Maybe this is finally the end of this case and of SCO itself.
