NFL Week #14 So Far -- 10:42 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

With just Monday night's game left, Eeyore and I are both a scintillating 11-4. That'll help bring up the old average. To top it off, my Wombats are actually winning by five! My opponent has his tight end left and I've got a wide receiver left. I like those odds.

NFL Week #14 Picks -- 10:17 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

We're getting toward the end of the NFL season. It's time for teams to put up or shut up! It's also playoff time in fantasy football. Here's to hoping my Fightin' Wombats can make it out of the first round! These are my picks: Steelers, 49ers, Giants, Patriots, Chiefs, Colts, Panthers, Browns, Bucs, Cardinals, Eagles, Saints, Broncos, Chargers, Packers, Dolphins.

NWN Linux Client Update -- 9:49 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

Bioware updated their Neverwinter Nights Linux client page with a brief blurb on the status of the port. Here it is in all its glory:

A good part of this week's work on the Linux client was to get the codebase up to date with the latest code in patch 1.27 for the PC client. And... guess what? ;) We've also discovered some new issues with the sound implementation that we need to take a closer look at.

Patch Your IE -- 12:30 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

Guess what? Yep, another Internet Explorer vulnerability. At the rate that these things come in, I suppose I should just say, "Have you checked Windows Update this week?" Granted, exploits can be found in just about any kind of code. Patches are necessary. It just seems like the IE ones come at a particularly alarming rate.
