NWN: HoU Gold -- 10:48 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

Blue got word that the latest Neverwinter Nights expansion, Hordes of the Underdark, has gone gold. It will be hitting store shelves at the beginning of next month. Methinks that my Christmas list just got one item longer.

Well, my UPS just paid for itself again. For some strange reason we lost power for about four seconds this morning. Unfortunately, the downstairs box was on and crunching Folding@Home work. Hopefully vfat didn't get too mangled. That's the nice thing about using a journalling file system like ext3. It might not be impossible to mangle, but you have to try extra hard. I can mangle the Win98 box's vfat by looking at it funny.

ESPN Anywhere? -- 11:52 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

Looks like my dream of being able to watch ESPN at any time, no matter where I am, just got one step closer. OK, maybe 1-2 fps really isn't "watching," but it's a first step anyway. Also, I think my Tungsten E's screen is about all the smaller I'd care to go. While I'm dreaming, I'd like a pony too.
