NWN 1.65 Patch for Linux

Bioware has finally released the 1.65 patch for Neverwinter Nights and its expansions in Linux. You can snag it from the NWN patch page. Here is the changelog for all the gory details. In addition to those things, Linux users can now buy and use "premium" modules available at the Bioware store. This patch is also available for Windows via the same link. The patch is still beta for Mac users. Thanks Linux Games.

Steam/Cedega Update

Several people (including yours truly) have made support requests with Transgaming to get Steam and Half-Life 2 working again after yesterday's patch broke Steam with Cedega (story). They are aware of the problem and are working on a fix. The lesson learned is that once I get this working again, I'm going to disable automatic updating. That way I can patch once I'm sure things won't blow up. Again.
