Another MOO3 Interview -- 3:05 pm CST, Update by The Master

There's another MOO3 interview with Greg Masters, lead programmer of MOO3, over on The Atrium. Some minor stuff in there, but to be honest, I think Hasbro and Quicksilver are just getting started on the design of Masters of Orion 3, so there really isn't much to say right now.
