Pondering the Imponderable

After going through about three or four different driver versions, I finally managed to get the Battlecruiser Millenium demo running (by the way, there's already a patch available). I'm using the 7.52 Detonators. Thankfully, my Q3:TA framerates are the same as with the 5.22s. Now I just have to figure out how to play this demo . . . Looks like it could be pretty cool, but the learning curve appears to be steep. Of course, that comment comes from a Quake junkie.

In other news (such as it is) Mozilla 0.8.1 is scheduled for release tomorrow according to the roadmap. We'll see if it makes it.

Hmm slow news day the day after St. Patty's . . . Coincidence?

J.t.Qbe comments: BC3K had a very steep learning curve; you have to like that kind of game, but you get out of it what you put into it. Hmmm, might have to fire it up again. . .
