Whilst perusing the updated PC Magazine website, I came across this new commentary by John Dvorak about Dmitry Sklyarov who was arrested and charged with violating the Digital Millennium Copyright Act. Even though Adobe caved in and asked that Sklyarov be released, I hope that this can lead to the law being thrown out for being unconstitutional. Maybe I'm dreaming.Recent Headlines
