Q3A v1.29g Release Tonight -- 3:03 pm CST, Update by The Master

ShackNews has gotten word from id Software of a pending release of a new Quake 3 Arena version 1.29G patch. Steve has a list of fixes, but I'll wait for the release (5pm CST) to post the list.

A.T. Hun comments: They had better fix the names with spaces bug, although I don't see it on sCary's list.

UPDATE by A.T. Hun id's Robert Duffy updated his .plan with word that the patch has hit their FTP and some mirror sites. Note that this is once again a beta patch. Here's a few links for you:UPDATE #2 by A.T. Hun I played for a little bit and have not been able to reproduce the names-with-spaces bug yet. The Linux version also applies your r_gamma setting to the menus so they aren't so dark any more. Good stuff so far!
