Carmack on D3D vs. OpenGL -- 5:20 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

id's John Carmack made a post on Slashdot on which is better: Direct3D or OpenGL. The most interesting comment is the fact that this whole debate may be rendered moot in the not-too-distant future. Thanks Shacknews.
