Pondering the Imponderable

It may sound strange but I've had some reasons to feel good this week. I've seen our big, dysfunctional American family come together. It's like how brothers and sisters will fight constantly, but heaven help the person outside the family who would dare hurt one of them. The other siblings will set their differences aside and face the problem together. That's what I see happening in America right now. My faith in humanity (at least the majority of humanity) has been strengthened.

You may or may not have noticed that an American flag is at the top of all of our pages now. All of our taglines have been replaced with "Remember the Towers." May we always remember them. May our troops remember them when they go off for vindication.

J.t.Qbe comments: Maybe it's been too long since the world has seen America stand united, but they're seeing it now. Yes we disagree, yes we argue amongst ourselves, but when we need to be there for each other, we do it. And yes, I went down and got a big flag for the house today.

A.T. Hun comments: Mine's been flying (except when it has been raining around here) since yesterday. It will remain flying as long as weather permits here.
