My 36th level druid finished Diablo II and the Lord of Destruction expansion back tonight by beating Baal into bite-sized morsels. Now I have to decide if I want to keep going in Nightmare mode or work on a different character.

I bought the game on October 1 and finished it on November 11. That's a lot of playing, especially when you consider that I was gone for at least a week of that. I think that's the fastest I've ever completed any game--at least any game of this length. Totally addictive.

J.t.Qbe comments: Yow, A.T., have you done anything else? I'm still in Act II, though I've been a little busy over the past week. I suspect that my Diablo II time is going to be cut short with this week's release of Wizardry 8 and this week's Civ III sale at Best Buy. So many games, so little time. You know, though, a new baby can actually add to your gaming time. "No problem dear, I'll get up and hold the baby. Really, I don't mind!"
