New NVIDIA nForce 1.0-0248 Linux Drivers

If I were building a whole new system today (and I'm not), I would give NVIDIA's nForce2-based motherboards a long look. They have just released new Linux drivers that support both the original nForce and the nForce2. These drivers provide audio and networking support. Their video card drivers will support the on-board video, if any. The other features, such as on-board USB, are handled by the kernel drivers. Pretty cool stuff--it almost makes me wish I was building a new box. Thanks Linux Games.

Offtopic: if you haven't done so already, go see Linux Games' new design. It almost makes me want to give The Haus a facelift. Hmmm . . .
