Gamespy UT2K4 and NWN:HotU Previews -- 10:54 am CST, Update by A.T. Hun

Gamespy has slapped up previews of Unreal Tournament 2004 and Neverwinter Nights: Hordes of the Underdark. The UT2K4 preview focuses on the new Assault and Onslaught gametypes and maps. The Hordes preview discusses the new prestige classes (there are six, although the article only lists five) and the new graphics improvements, including higher polycounts. Thanks Blue's News.

One of the new prestige classes is going to be the Shifter class for Druids (see the RTF file on this page for the rules). It will be interesting to see how they plug this in to NWN. That'll give my 18th level Druid, Tree-Huggin' Hippie, something to work for in HotU. On a somewhat related note, Best Buy (no affiliation, yadda, yadda) has NWN and Shadows of Undrentide for $19.99 each this week.
