John Carmack updated his .plan with some bad news for Linux users:

Linux version isn't going to make it tonight. We got too busy with other things. Sorry. Tomorrow.

He also gave us the latest bug fix report:

shrink zone, grow hunk (A.T. adds: insert your own joke here)
flush memory on an error
fixed crash pasting from clipboard
test all compiler optimizations -- 5% speedup
fixed major slowdown in team games with large numbers of players and location markers
