Groklaw: IBM Said No Such Thing

An article has received way too much media coverage which claims that IBM said that they couldn't find parts of the AIX code SCO wants them to fork over. The court documents are sealed. Groklaw had eyewitnesses in the courtroom who claim it didn't happen. They say that those words were not spoken and the author of that article was not present. If this is true, then the article is either a complete fabrication or astroturfing. I wouldn't be surprised by either.
