Novell Delivers Crushing Blow

In a wonderful bit of breaking news on the SCO front, Groklaw has posted the latest on the SCO-Novell lawsuit, a statement indicating that 1995 Minutes of Novell's BD of Directors Says Novell Would Retain UNIX Copyrights. Now, that is a crushing blow :-)

A.T. Hun comments: If the judge grants a summary judgment, then there's only one thing to say: "Game over!" The only way out is for them to somehow prove that while Novell intended to keep the copyrights, the actual contract didn't state that. Since they've been having so much trouble proving anything from the contract, that might be a difficult sell at best.
