Pondering the Imponderable -- 10:42 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun
Ya know, when you're just coming home from a brief (and expensive) vacation, few people would say, "I'd love to dust my box and install the new Slackware." I'm one of those people. No, I am not sane. The good news is that I've finally gotten everything back to normal. I downloaded, compiled, and installed the latest versions of digiKam (digital camera software), amaroK (audio player), and Kaffeine (xine multimedia player front end). All three have some very slick features. I'm going to have to whip up reviews for them all. For now, I'll just say this: check them out.
I also discovered that Slackware ISOs download VERY quickly at a full 2 Mbps. And yes, I giggled like a schoolgirl.
