MS And Baystar's Investment in SCO -- 6:03 pm CST, Update by A.T. Hun

Much to no one's surprise, BayStar's Larry Goldfarb testified that Microsoft would "guarantee" their investment in SCO. We don't know for sure if any cash was actually handed over (it seems that none did), but it is clear that MS was trying to prop up SCO's case against IBM and, by extension, Linux. Remember this if you ever wonder what they do with all that profit they make on Windows . . . Thanks Slashdot.
