Bleh: SSL

I just "renewed" one of our SSL certificates at work. We were a dedicated Verisign account until today. I priced out a 3-year standard SSL site cert from Verisign at $995. I then went to XRamp, and checked out their 3-year cert, with the same coverage but 4 times the encryption strength, at $256. Verisign lost the deal. And they're going to lose the rest of the deal when our other certs expire. XRamp is fast, efficient, and reasonably priced. Highly recommended.

It's amazing. Verisign lost their monopoly on SSL cert encryption, and jacked their prices 30%. They can just go away now.
